- 8 onions (green); use & chopped the green portion only
- 2 cans of diced green-chiles (Ortega)
- 6 to 8 roasted chiles (green); peeled & finely-chop
- 1 teaspoon of finely-chopped cilantro
- 1 Tbsp of parsley (fresh)
- 1 chopped onion (medium)
- 6 peeled tomatoes (medium); seeded & chopped
