- 6 pork rib chops (2 1/2 lbs) cut into 3/4″-thick pieces
- 1 (15-oz) can Mexican-style chili beans
- 1 1/4 cups bottled salsa
- 1 cup whole kernel corn

El Patron Restaurant Directions:
Trim fat from pork and place in the bottom of a 4-quart slow cooker.
Add beans and salsa and cover.
Cook on high heat for 2 and a half hours, or low heat for 5 hours.
When complete, turn to high heat and stir in corn.
Cover and cook for 30 minutes and serve.
