Ingredients For The Dish:
- 1 & 1/2 Tbsps of minced Jalapeno; seeded
- 2 Tbsps fresh juice of lime
- 1/4 c of chopped cilantro
- 1/2 c of preserved pineapples-apricot
- 1/2 c of finely-chopped onions (red)
- 1 c of finely-chopped cored & peeled pineapples
Instructions:
Have everything combined, adjusting seasoning as necessary.
