Pine-Cot Salsa

Ingredients For The Dish:

  • 1 & 1/2 Tbsps of minced Jalapeno; seeded
  • 2 Tbsps fresh juice of lime
  • 1/4 c of chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 c of preserved pineapples-apricot
  • 1/2 c of finely-chopped onions (red)
  • 1 c of finely-chopped cored & peeled pineapples

Instructions:

Have everything combined, adjusting seasoning as necessary.

Have it chilled w/ cover.
