Ingredients:
- 1 Tbsp of honey
- 1/4 c juice of orange
- 1/4 c of sourcream
- 1/2 c of yogurt
- 2 c of diced pineapples
- 2 Tbsps of coarsely-chopped mint (fresh)
- 8 washed strawberries; hulled & finely-chopped
Instructions:
Combine pineapples & strawberries in bowl, stirring ’til blended.
Separately combine honey, juice of orange, sourcream & yogurt.
Pour this mixture into fruits then stir thoroughly to combine.
